What is refinishing?
Refinishing refers to the process where the original layer of a material (most commonly wood) along with any stains or sealers are stripped from said material. A new layer of stain and/or sealer is then applied to revitalize the look and better match the desired aesthetic. In the case of objects like showers, refinishing often involves re-coating or reglazing the surface to make it look like new and last longer and restore an older item to its original glory.
How we save you money
You could replace the old parts of your home, but that will often take a lot more time and money than just refinishing the desired parts of your home. Renovations – especially bathroom ones – often require additional plumbing, flooring, and even the dismantling of long-standing items. Refinishing is a cost-effective way to save time, money, and keep the centrepiece or sentimental parts of your home intact and looking better than ever.
