Warranty & Cleaning 

Acrylic Urethane: Ready to Use in 24 Hours.

Tubs & Showers have a 3 Year Warranty* against lifting, blistering or other failure of adhesion.

Refinishing done on sinks, counter tops, spot repairs and all other surfaces have a 1 Year Warranty*.

Rental and Commercial Use properties have a 1 Year Warranty*.

* Warranty is non-transferable.

** Invoice is required for any warranty repairs, refinishes or refunds.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

Damage from the use of removable bathmats (we offer a permanent slip resistant solution that does not affect the warranty).

Damage from leaking faucets or plumbing.

Damage from fallen objects causing chips and nicks.

Damage from the use of abrasive chemicals.

Damage from movement in the substructure of the surface causing the refinish to crack or split in the refinish surface or grout lines.

Damage from water pooling due to improper slope.

Damage due to standing soap or shampoo bottles.

Surfaces that have been contaminated because of paint silicone etc.

Discolouration and staining from hair dyes, rust or bleaches.

Caulking is not under warranty.

Any failure in the finish must be reported within two weeks, otherwise warranty may be voided.

Failure to inform Precision Refinishing of any warranty work that needs to be done in a timely manner may void warranty.

If there is failure in the refinish, Precision Refinishing may opt to repair the failed area, refinish the entire fixture, or refund the entire amount pro-rated on a yearly basis. **

Cleaning Instructions:

Use only a foam or liquid non-abrasive cleanser. Spray cleaners such as Fantastik or any liquid cleaner which does not contain abrasives, bleach, or chlorine may be used.
